The snow is starting to melt and that isn't going to be the best thing come this spring. The St. Norbert men have been preparing for the 2010 season by locking themselves inside the Schuldes Sports Center and weight room. As spring break looms closer, the St. Norbert College men's tennis team trains hard for their annual trip to Hilton Head Island, S.C. The SNC hockey team brought the Peters Cup Playoff Championship back to where it belongs. The Knights dominated most of the game Saturday night behind a solid offensive and defensive effort. SNC only allowed 12 shots on goal en route to their 7-1 victory over the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Falcons. (0) comments
All athletes at St. Norbert College came here not just to play their respective sport, but also to get a first class education. From my experience at SNC, the key to being a successful student athlete is all about time management. In what started as one of the best overall seasons for both the men and women's basketball teams in St. Norbert history, turned into a devastating ending by the UW-Stevens Point basketball program. The women, who first came into the Midwest Conference Tournament with a record of 20-3, battled Illinois College and Ripon College to earn their rightful seeding in the NCAA Division III Regional Tournament.
