Three Three Fiveis a private dining studio by ‘The Traveling Chef,' located in downtown Green Bay in the Historic Broadway District. It is known for its flawless private dining functions and modern atmosphere. Recently, Chris Mangles, the owner of Three Three Five, opened the restaurant/dining space to the public on Wednesdays from 5-10 p.m. This is exciting news to any foodies who want to experience foods that are not usually served in the Green Bay Area.

The menu changes every week. Some of my favorites were the Duck Confit and the Foie Gras. If you are not accustomed to trying exotic dishes, the menu serves Wisconsin favorites such as "mac n cheese" or goat cheese curds. The alcoholic specialty drinks are wonderful, I would recommend trying Three Three Five's "Pumpkin Old Fashion" made from Great Lakes Distillery Pumpkin Spirit. There is also a unique assortment of non-alcoholic gourmet beverages, try the "Golden Star Tea."

The most interesting thing about the restaurant is the bar, which allows patrons to see into the kitchen and watch the chefs preparing dishes. It's like a show in and of itself.

If you're looking for a fabulous and fun dining experience, I would recommend Three Three Five.
