Gossip makes the world go round.Evan Lysacek won the gold medal in the Olympics for figure skating (and will also be on this season of "Dancing with the Stars"), but it looks like he struck gold again. Lysacek is now dating Nastia Liukin, Olympic gold medalist for gymnastics in 2008.

Abbie Cornish and Ryan Phillippe are no more. Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhal also recently broke up. Does this mean that there is hope for Reese and Ryan: Part Two? I would love if we could go back to the good old days-when Reese and Ryan were still a perfect couple, Brad and Jen's marriage was completely flawless, and Angelina Jolie was still a joke.

Mary-Kate Olsen and boyfriend Nate Lowman have split. Poor Mary-Kate, how is she ever going to find love? My vote is that her and Ashley go make another movie in another foreign country and she dates whoever is casted as her love interest there. I think it has potential.

Hilary Duff has announced her engagement to her longtime hockey player boyfriend Mike Comrie. Duff's engagement ring is reportedly worth $1 million. What hockey player can afford to buy that ring? Did Hilary propose to herself?

Simon Cowell and his girlfriend Mezhgan Hussainy are also engaged. I wonder what Simon said when he proposed-he probably listed off her flaws before he finally asked.

This season's bachelor, Jake Pavelka, handed out the final rose (and ring) in "The Bachelor" season finale. To America's surprise (and disgust), Jake picked Vienna over Tenley. None of the other women on the show liked Vienna. none of the woman watching "The Bachelor" liked Vienna. But Jake "loves" Vienna. Congrats to the happy couple.

In other news, the bachelor isn't escaping life on reality TV just yet. Jake will also be joining the cast of "Dancing with the Stars" this season. I hope Vienna doesn't mind that Jake will be in the arms of another woman for the next couple weeks. On second thought, I hope that she does mind-it makes for better gossip.

The new cast of "Dancing with the Stars" was announced March 1 during "The Bachelor" season finale. Among the many stars that will be on this season- Pamela Anderson, Shannen Doherty, Niecy Nash, Chad Ochocinco-Kate Gosselin will also be joining the cast. I can't help but ask: who is watching her children?

Singer Christina Millian just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Violet Madison Nash. I'm especially happy about this because she chose a normal name for her baby (however, I can't ignore that her husband does go by "The Dream").

Although Conan O'Brien is without a talk show, he does have Twitter. Conan's Twitter account says, "I had a show. Then I had a different show. Now I have a Twitter account." So does this mean if I get a Twitter, I can get a different show, and then a show? Hm. something to think about.
